याद आते है वह स्कूल के दिन , ना जाते थे स्कूल दोस्तों के बिन   | कैसी वह दोस्ती थी कैसा था वह प्यार , एक दिन की जुदाई से डरते थे जब आता था शनिवार   || चलते चलते पत्थरों में मारते थे ठोकर , कभी हस्ते गाते तो कभी चलते थे रोकर  | कन्धों में किताब लिए हाथ में बोतल पानी , किसे पता था बचपन की दोस्ती को भुला देगी जवानी   || याद आते है वह स्याही से रंगे हाथ , क्या दिन थे वह जब करते थे लंच साथ   | छुट्टी की घंटी सुनते ही , वह भाग के कमरे से बाहर आना , फिर हस्ते हसते दोस्तों से मिल जाना  || काश वह दोस्त आज भी मिल जाते , दिल में फिर से बचपन के फूल खिल जाते   ||
